SHORT STORY

REAL STORY WITH A TWIST

This short story is actually a story is inspired by true events. That is a master piece story I have.

 A Girl Devastated by Fate

It was the best of time it was the worst of time, it was the age of wisdom, it was the age of foolishness, it was the epoch of belief, it was the epoch of incredulity, it was the season of light, it was the season of darkness, it was the summer of hope. It was the winter of despair.

Actually, for me, the time in which stalwart like Fatima Jinnah lost the elections against the drunkard and a tyrant LT General Ayyub Khan. I am a supporter of the view that the worst of democracy better than a free and liberal Civilian democracy.

It was the time when people of Pakistan were voted against. Fatima Jinnah a very suitable candidate, just because she was a female. New that’s the point held by myself, one can disagree.

The world is an amalgamation of people. Nature that great, dramatist, knits us together by bone and muscle by the subtler web of our brains blends yearning and repulsion and tie us by our eat strings to the being that far out at every moment.

So there are additions in your, you get more and more knowledgeable. We visited a former professor of FC College and went into his office actually, at that time he was a vice principle of Govt. College Model Town. Now he was a remarkable and a charismatic sort of a person.

Sir Muneer has a very literary personality with naughty eyes and curly white hairs. His looks had a  magnetic appeal. He had possessed all the pride and pomp of a boastful govt. officer, couched  to a comfortable seat, the whole scene symbolized his personality his expensive watch and even all things associated reflected a crowned king a monarch ore like on comparer sittings in his table observing all, and in his own discretion we look to him puny and he said why do we have lady teachers in a boys campus and then there was lady teacher came and his opinion of her, was not so great. He strongly negated the idea of co-education. All English medium universities were considered as a place where boys and girls meal and it’s a good place to be set as a rendezvous for them and that in his opinion was sinful and he blamed the females again and again and said that there universities are not institutions, they are for the elite, and he despised, hated, them his eyes grew red and said why don’t we have segregation in sexes. He said that the girls should be married till they reach  age of marriage.

Then again when someone said that Jane Austen was a very soul novelist, he gains strongly opposed her said marriage are just on unimportant concern decided by our parents, so what’s the harry. Addressed to said a Punjabi sentences and said Sir (Uno ty Viya de pai rhandir ai), he said in Punjabi language.

Means that all she was concerned was marriage and feminism we have more issues to discuss, our country is not working well and there are other issues and topic was changed.

I come back and sat with my mother. I told her that I am so confused  everywhere, there is some new story to observe but how can a woman be so devoid of her right and liberties the stature at which she stands, how can sir's findings be so biased and prejudiced.

My mother laughed I said mother why do you  laugh, she said that women rights is very low in value and a women is not. Considered even a human. OR listen to me, you speak of violation women rights are flouted her in our society, women are exploited, raped, killed, slain in the name of honor.

The story started with a birth of a child and the doctor announced that congratulation you are blessed with a daughter. There a man stood there persistent watching the doctor. Suddenly he exploded like. What kind of blessing it is, when I so much longed to be a father of a boy & here am I bankrupt whose going look after and then what will happen to my business. There was a sound from his sub conscious self and said why are you so angry, look I have a daughter, a matter of disrespect o My lord you are the master of the day and night. Do you despite me, but then he calmed down. For him it was a practical conception of dooms day.

He was standing at a shop where he wanted some groceries there he sat and all men were talking, he was observing everyone and expected sure are of every sort, and this year took shape and a friend of his come, laughing and said, that kneel your eyes now you are a daughters father not something to be vane about. OK it was my Allah will and so am satisfied, no regrets from my side now.

Ok I will fulfill every wish of hers, I will give her brought up which I would otherwise be doing for a son, what are you serious? of course I am serious. She is my flesh and blood; I will do everything in my power to make her happy.

She was brought up in a most respectable manner. She was a darling of her parents especially her father. He used to say that she is my most beloved son (not daughter), he is my son in Punjabi (Meera Putter), so she was raised in a very peaceful company of her parents.

One day he was blessed with a very fair looking boy, whom he raised but now he had not an iota of hatred against my daughter and regarded both as equal.

She got very good marks. Then the story perused till that. She was is, now the parents were concerned about her marriage to a worthy man. Her father gave her a new car and he said why my dearest daughter will give the car and will hire a chauffeur for her. He recklessly employed a very young person for the job, he was a nice-looking man, I feet broad shoulders and he was assigned to also protect her from a possible jeopardy.  Who knew that the some person will be source of harm to her, they thought that it is a benign sort of a person, so in a way they themselves sabotaged her kidnapping by the some man because of feelings of revenge for an insult that one of her fellows did and she supported them do she was taken away and demanded ransom which they gave him last still because he was not a professional so he sold her to prostitution the driver later on was apprehended  but was to tell where she was, as the place and the owners changed and there nobody knew that such a girl existed and so they failed in every attempt theirs. That seemed as she vanished from their sight and no one knew. her father Zakir kept on searching and he passed away in his quest to find their daughter.

This way the reaction of a diseased person who due his ego, as his ego was trampled under that the fact of Urawa who he took away and her fate was this coward man’s revenge which he sought from a poor and harmless girl. He trampled her prestige and honor. Now he stands avenged, a ruthless and a barbarous person who put that girl life just to satisfy himself this was the thoughts he had. He was feeling envious and also took herself as a sinner. This was a response given by some madmen. He called her sinner while giving his statement to the Police. Then one day she returned but this someone’s help and came back, told her mother how and what savage people they, end she was regularly beaten and those men’s protruding eyes were locked at her, she told about every atrocity committed on her.

Suddenly a person appeared, he was brother who very bluntly said to her sister return to the filth from which you have come how, her mother persisted but the boy did not listened to any oral. She cried a lot to let her in, said that how can you deprive me from the house which my father built for both of us, No its mine as it is run by myself, all the expenses are bearded by me so I am the bread earner so please, get out.

There was a man standing listening to each and every word of her brother. That’s the same person who took her from a life of darkness it the light but see she was rolling is mild one mire. The place from where, she saw light, it’s a place of darkness, she said that please return to the place from where you picked me up.

He did not object just shook his head in compliance and never issued so they went there, when the car stopped, the girl yelled end shrieked what is this place where am I, he said be gentle and calm yourself, I have come to us of our masjid.

She said are your mad brother please take me to that place which is truly now my one and only place where I will accommodate, this world has rejected me, now I feel appalled why have you come to this place.

She said that Ok Don’t tell me, what can do helpless and a man women possessing no rights.

Ok be calm my lady, I have come her to marry you. Don’t make to her out of me, how would marry a disgraced women like me. I am living me a country where divorced girls rejected, no matter who was as fault the retribution faced by the women.

Ok let’s go now they went in paid two people for witnesses and married one another, first she objected but then was calm and satisfied, truly when Allah give you disappointment from one, he opens several doors for you to enter.
